No problem. Five Star offers, among its many inspection options, what is called a phase inspection. Phase inspections consist of the same
Standards of Practice as a premium inspection, but it’s conducted in phases which will allow us to see each stage of the construction process
in more detail. For example: during a normal inspection we can’t see the footers, exterior foundation walls or framing, but in a phase
inspection we can. Each step of the construction phase is documented with reporting and photographs. The phase inspection is much more
detailed and documented, than what the local city inspectors can and are allowed to do. Thus the phase inspections insures you that nothing
gets missed and there are no surprises down the road. The typical builders warranty is only good for a year, so don’t take a risk with your
